Unfortunately, the computers that create the designs are not able to access the internet due to security reasons. Therefore we cannot send you a proof of your particular design before it is printed.
We don't set limits on the modifications. Be specific and clear as to what you want and we can usually accommodate most requests. We can add and delete and change colors and add kids and elements, however, we will not create a brand new concept. You would need to contact customer service at customerservice@big-sister-shirts.com for further information about a custom design.
Orders are usually processed the next business day. On heavier order days and holidays processing may be delayed by a day or 2. Personalization does not add to the processing time. Shipping and transit time depend on the method you choose.
Yes, Please be absolutley accurate when placing your order and do not omit any suite numbers or other pertinent information. We are not responsible for double-checking addresses. We have had instances where customers have inadvertently forgotten a suite number or floor number. If the package is returned to us for insufficient address/bad address we will recharge you the amount to reship the package. It is your reqponsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We ship via the United States Post office.
Standard shipping is free. This mail comes via the United States Post Office, and usual transit time is approx 10-14 days. Standard shipping is not a guaranteed service.
Other shipping options are available and you will see applicable charges when you choose your shipping options on checkout. Overnight and Second Day shipments are substantially higher as delivery companies are now charging fuel surcharges in addition to their increased fees.
Unfortunately, we do not take returns on garments that are too small or too big. Our shirts are custom made when you order them. Nothing is pre-made and every t-shirt is unique. We provide a link to the sizing chart directly below the product. Every manufacturer differs on their sizing when it comes to children's clothing. Just because your child fits into the t-shirts from The Gap, Old Navy and Nordstrom, does not necessarily mean they will fit in the same size from manufacturers like Kavio or Gildan. Some garments run on the larger side and some definitely run on the smaller side as in Kavio.
Please do not assume that the size listed will fit that age group.
No, Kavio does not make a 3T in this style of t-shirt. Typically we have sent the 4t for a size 3t as we find this comparable. Their shirts run at least a size small and are 100% cotton.
Although we do the best we can to demonstrate face colors and colors on the garments there will be variations. Every monitor has different resolutions and pictures will be viewed differently from monito to monitor. Every design is CMYK based and are preset in their color configurations for printing.

If the mistake is on our part we will be happy to replace the product. We do not pay for return shipping. All washed and worn items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Our method of printing is direct to garment printing so upon initial washing there will be some color loss as the ink that is not cured on the top layer will be removed with the water. Please Note, that due to different laundering methods and products we do not guarantee the product once it has been washed or worn. You must obtain an RA number prior to ANY return other wise it will be refused.
